Respect
Respect for basic personhood, existence, and human rights of neurodivergent people is crucial in promoting the socio-emotional well-being of our community. As such, we respect the language, pronouns, identities, and backgrounds of all people, and see every person as deserving of respect, compassion, kindness, empathy, validation, and support.
Experience
Neuroinclusion Hub acknowledges the need to move beyond acceptance of disability and towards true appreciation and inclusion of disabled individuals. As such, we aim to provide opportunities for neurodivergent people, ourselves, to train organisations about neurodiversity and neuro-inclusivity.
Values
Intersectionality
Various intersecting identities can accompany one’s neurodivergent identity (i.e.: gender, race, religion, co-occurring disabilities, etc.). We aim to deconstruct neurodivergent stereotypes. To this end, the Neuroinclusion Hub platforms, elevates, and shares the voices and works of neurodivergent people from all intersecting communities and identities.
Allyship
Neuroinclusion Hub is dedicated to working alongside our neurotypical allies towards creating inclusive environments for neurodivergent people. We speak with, and meet anyone, be they neurodivergent or allies, and partner with organisations who have established neurodiversity programs and practises, and those who do not. We are stronger together than any neurotype alone.

Neuroinclusion Hub celebrates the unique strengths of every neurodivergent individual, and seeks to foster an environment in which everyone, from employees to volunteers, can work within, hone in on, and build upon those strengths.
