Becca Alley, CEO / Founder
Rebecca (Becca) Alley (she / they) graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor’s degree in Marine Science. After struggling to hold down several jobs, she transitioned into the fast food industry. Two years into working full time as a delivery driver and running shifts, her therapist recommended a diagnostic test for Autism Spectrum Disorder.
At the age of 23, the tests results revealed she was indeed Autistic, and had undiagnosed information processing disorders affecting both auditory and visual processing. These diagnoses were in addition to ADHD, OCD, Generalized Anxiety, severe Dermotillamania (skin picking disorder), and Bipolar II Disorder. Her driving statement is, "Hiring neurodivergent candidates isn't charity, it's smart business".
